Hi! My name is Rania, I am the face behind Flavorful Healthy. I am a wife and a Mom of two. I started blogging in 2019 as a hobby through my weight loss journey. I have always been passionate about food and cooking and learned how to cook from the best, my mom and grandma.
For several years now, I have followed a low carb lifestyle to loose weight, that is where I felt most comfortable and energetic. I wanted to have a healthier and more fit lifestyle and enjoy foods that won't be restricted, I didn't want to live for the rest of my life on a "diet". I started working with semi-homemade easy and healthy meals to be ready on the table without spending too much time in the kitchen. I wanted to enjoy a night out with my husband and share a meal or an ice-cream with the children without feeling the guilt.
Through social media, I met very supportive and encouraging people with similar lifestyle. Learning more about foods and reviewing products is what pushed me to start my blog. I have discovered so many real foods that can be incorporated into healthy and easy meals not just for me but also for my family. I educated myself about labels, ingredients and nutrition facts. I realized how much of our daily food have fillers, preservatives, emulsifiers and what those do to our bodies, especially as we get older. I will continue to educate my self and through that create healthy and easy recipes to share with you all.
